Verified Electronics provides a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty on all parts sold, subject to the conditions below. Our warranty protects against quality-related issues that impact form, fit, or function of the product during normal operation.
This policy ensures peace of mind and aligns with our commitment to component reliability and performance.
1. Warranty Scope
This warranty covers:
- Parts that fail third-party functional testing within 12 months of invoice
- Product that does not meet the agreed-upon specification, including part number, packaging type, or form factor
- Parts damaged due to Verified Electronics’ error in packaging or handling
2. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation, electrical overstress (EOS), or ESD damage after delivery
- Exposure to unsuitable environments (humidity, heat, or contamination)
- Incomplete or altered parts (e.g., opened reels, cut tape unless agreed)
- Engineering samples, scrap, or “AS IS” products, which are sold without warranty
- Expired shelf life or components stored improperly by the customer
3. Warranty Conditions
- All claims must be submitted within 12 months from the invoice date.
- The affected parts must be returned in original packaging (if applicable) and in their received condition.
- Verification by an accredited third-party test lab may be required.
- The customer must submit a full failure description, photos, or lab report where available.
4. Remedies
Verified Electronics will, at its discretion:
- Replace the non-conforming product
- Issue a credit note for the value of the defective goods
- Provide a full or partial refund
Our liability is limited strictly to the product value on the original invoice and does not include consequential damages, loss of use, or labour.
