At Verified Electronics, we operate on a strict no-returns policy (NCNR), with one exception: verified quality-related issues. Due to the sensitive and traceable nature of electronic components, we cannot accept returns for surplus, unwanted, or incorrectly ordered parts.
This policy protects all customers by ensuring the integrity of the supply chain and preventing parts from being reintroduced into circulation after exposure to uncontrolled environments.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the part is:
- Defective due to manufacturing or handling issues
- Non-conforming to the purchase agreement (wrong part number, packaging, or spec)
- Fails accredited third-party testing arranged by the customer or through Verified Electronics
2. Claim Notification Period
- You must notify us of any quality-related issue within 90 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Claims submitted after 90 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
3. Return Procedure
- A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved in writing.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all traceability labels and documentation intact.
- Testing results or other evidence (e.g. visual proof, lab report) must be provided.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days; the returned product must be received within this time.
4. Restocking or Admin Fees
- There are no restocking options for customer remorse or over-ordering.
- If Verified Electronics agrees to accept a return under exceptional circumstances, an admin fee of up to 25% may be applied.
5. Shipping Responsibility
- For defective or non-conforming items, Verified Electronics will bear return shipping costs or arrange collection.
- In all other cases, customers are responsible for insured, trackable return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under any circumstances for:
- Parts marked “AS IS”, “Scrap”, or “No Warranty”
- Excess or surplus stock requests fulfilled as-is
- Products opened from dry-packs or altered from their supplied condition
- Partial quantities
This return policy is enforced rigorously to maintain customer protection, ensure industry compliance, and prevent contamination or reselling of compromised goods.
